Returns

If it's faulty, wrong, or not what the page said it was — that's on us. Email support@cappykeys.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement or a refund. We don't make you wait on a warehouse overseas to agree with us first.

If you've changed your mind — get in touch and we'll do what we reasonably can. Unopened is a lot easier than opened, and a set that's already been fitted to a board usually isn't returnable.

Your rights don't depend on this page. Under Australian Consumer Law our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded. If something has a major problem you're entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.

Fit is the one to check before you order. Keycap sets vary in which keys they include, and a set that doesn't cover your layout isn't faulty. Every product page states the stem type and what's in the kit — if you're not sure, ask us before you buy and we'll tell you straight.
