Terms of sale

These are the terms you buy under. They're short on purpose, and they don't take anything away from you that the law gives you.

Prices

Every price is in Australian dollars and includes GST. Delivery, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

Prices can change, and occasionally one is simply wrong — a mistake in the listing or a supply cost that moved. If that happens on something you've ordered, we'll contact you, and you can either confirm at the corrected price or have the whole thing refunded. We will never charge you more than the price shown when you ordered.

Your order

An order is an offer to buy, and the contract forms when we confirm it. We can decline an order — for stock that's run out, a delivery address we can't ship to, or an obvious pricing error — and if we do, you're refunded in full, promptly.

Delivery

Goods are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse overseas. Delivery windows on the site are honest estimates based on what we actually see, not promises — customs and carriers are outside anyone's control. The details are onshipping & delivery.

If your parcel goes missing, that's ours to chase, not yours. You bought from us.

Your rights, which we can't limit

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they aren't of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure. Nothing on this page changes that.

Fit is worth checking first

Keycap sets differ in which keys they include and which switch stems they fit. A set that doesn't cover your layout isn't faulty, so every product page states the stem type and what the kit includes. If you're not certain, ask us before you order — we'd rather answer an email than process a return, and we'll tell you when the answer is no.
