Shipping & delivery

Where it ships from. Direct from our supplier's warehouse, not from a shed in Australia. We say so up front because the delivery time is the one thing people are actually asking about — most orders land in about 6–12 days.

Tracking. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned out. If tracking hasn't moved for a while that's usually the international leg, which goes quiet for a few days before it reappears in the Australian network.

If it doesn't turn up. Email us at support@cappykeys.com and we'll chase it. You bought it from us, so it's ours to sort out — you shouldn't be dealing with a warehouse on the other side of the world.
